We are a growing lawn and garden business selling equipment, parts, and accessories online and at our local "brick and mortar" store. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, team-oriented, and skilled person to join our e-commerce development and product data management team. As a small business, our team wears many hats. This is a position where you're unlikely to do the same thing every day, which makes things fun and exciting.

Our team is looking for someone who can assist with:

• Google Shopping Feeds / Google Merchant Center / Google Search Console
• Reviewing data and reports, looking at data to see why products are/aren't selling, changing pricing, comparing our product pricing with other businesses in our industry, etc.
• Product data management (adding/deleting/editing product descriptions, pricing, photos, etc. on Adobe Commerce/Magento and our ERP. Organizing/categorizing products.)
• Working with marketplace API's at eBay, Walmart, Amazon, as well as Adobe Commerce, etc.
• Minor IT tasks - troubleshooting printers, desktop application installs, minor hardware repairs/upgrades.
• Minor web design (HTML, CSS)
• Minor ad design and taking product photos (Photoshop/Illustrator)
• Video content (Premiere)
• Customer support (via email/social media/phone)

A solid portion of this position deals with use of Excel, so knowledge of and familiarity with Excel is a must. Job will also include social media/email promotions, creating video content, updating pricing, helping other employees solve technical issues with printers/computers, and other department related tasks.

Applicants must have great communication, grammar, and typing skills. Part of the position may require occasional dealing directly with customers. If hired, you will be trained in all areas of the business to understand how everything works.

Knowledge of and experience with the following preferred:

• Applications : Outlook, Excel, Photoshop
• Web Design : css, html, js
• Web Programming: PHP
• Adobe Commerce/Magento: Admin Panel
• APIs: Walmart, eBay, Amazon, Adobe Commerce/Magento

Hours are on-site, daytime hours; 9am to 5:30pm (Monday-Friday). Part-time, or full-time position with benefits. Position starts at $15/hr and will increase based on skill.
