Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Assistant

Position Overview:

As the E-Commerce Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our online store. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of various e-commerce activities. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing and Fulfillment:
  • Efficiently generate and retrieve shipping documents to process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Purchase Order Receiving:
  • Accurately match commercial invoices and packing lists with inbound containers and receive purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data and e-commerce metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Generate reports to assist in decision-making and optimization of operations.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse and logistics, to ensure cohesive operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in e-commerce operations or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Education:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
