The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for co-authoring and executing the new product listing strategy across a variety of eCommerce marketplaces. Furthermore, the eCommerce Specialist will also provide CX support as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft and implement product-centric content with the purpose of publishing such on Amazon™, eBay™, Walmart™, and company websites
• Bolster the performance of existing product listings by implementing SEO and strategic keyword search terminology
• Partner with the Customer Xperience department to assist with critical communications, order processing, and eCommerce returns management
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Planning, tracking, and documenting of progress critical to primary objectives
• Collaborate with the eCommerce Team on a daily basis and contribute to the collective growth of the entity
• Aid in co-authoring promotional marketing, creative development, and social media campaigns by way of selecting key assortments
