Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. Additionally, Top E-commerce Executive prioritizes and plans technical projects for improvements to customer experience, new e-commerce features and offerings. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top E-commerce Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top E-commerce Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Helping customers with order updates, fraud, logistics, online chat, email response, tracking, warranty, and returns (RMA) support, data entry.
Provide overflow assistance in placing new customer orders.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing any related results or additional tasks as needed.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Lebanon (/ˈlɛbənən/) is a city in and the county seat of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 25,477 at the 2010 census, a 4.2% increase from the 2000 count of 24,461.
