The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the development and day-to-day operation of K&K Interior’s e-Comm sites, financial performance and brand growth. The position is responsible for growing the K&K Interiors and Crosstree Lane lifestyle brands through multiple sales channels. This position is ultimately responsible for all web properties and e-Comm businesses.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include:

• Grow e-Comm businesses through the daily managing of inventory, improving user experience, analyzing pricing and margins, identifying messaging, extending brand and growing the customer base
• Plan, implement, manage, monitor and update the organization's websites
• Create appropriate website content aligned to the organization’s strategy
• Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the websites align with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards and business needs
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites
• Track, report and analyze operational sales data and make recommendations to proactively identify and execute on areas of opportunity
• Lead web and digital design projects, develop and drive rich-content integration, as well as, assist with product photoshoots for use across all digital platforms

JOB REQUIREMENTS include:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with multi-channel e-Comm operations
• Experience with front and back-end sales platforms like Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce or others
• Strong knowledge and proven track record in e-Comm
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Content Management Systems and multiple web/commerce platforms
• Great understanding of SEO and PPC
• Excellent content creation and writing skills
• Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
• Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to increase revenue and profitability
• Must be able to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
• Ability to travel, as needed
