Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our online sales channels and driving the growth of our e-commerce business. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics.

Duties:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and increase customer engagement

- Manage and optimize our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media management, email marketing, and online advertising

- Utilize analytics tools to track website performance, analyze customer behavior, and identify areas for improvement

- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and order fulfillment processes to ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce technology and digital marketing

Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Magento)

- Experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies

- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar analytics platforms

- Understanding of SQL or other database query languages for data analysis

- Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
