Evaluates and recommends e-commerce investments & initiatives and leads the development of business cases and marketing plans. Being a Top E-commerce Executive identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue using data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points. Partners with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital channels. We’re in need of an E-Commerce wizard that is capable of working autonomously, is detail-oriented, a creative problem solver, and has a great sense of humor.
This is a full-time position that offers great flexibility and understanding. Your job as our E-Commerce Supervisor will be wide-ranging. There will be days that you will ship orders, manage inbound/outbound inventory. Other days you may handle customer service, or work on product development in a team setting. One thing is for sure; you will need to have a strong ability to work autonomously.
We're a small business, so we will add misc. jobs to fill in time if needed. For example, organization and planning, social media, creative meetings, etc. If you fit the bill, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll provide a full range of logistical services including flawless attention to detail, order fulfillment, and inventory management. You will make sure we never run out of shippable stock. Every product must meet our elevated standard of quality. You’ll pack our products like a total pro. You’ll carry boxes like it’s your job... because it is. On-time delivery to the customer is a high priority. To make all that possible, you must be good with digital data entry, tracking, and monitoring. You will also need to offer a high level of customer support when the need arises.
