As the E-commerce Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms including Shopify, Instagram, and Facebook. You'll collaborate closely with our buyers to implement effective group sales strategies with key vendors and stakeholders. Additionally, you'll analyze online sales and group sales performance to ensure we meet our budget objectives.

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify stores, managing tasks such as product uploads and inventory management. Your role will involve ensuring that our websites are constantly updated with the latest products, pricing, and promotions. You'll work to enhance the user interface and shopping experience to drive increased conversions. Collaborating with our Social Media Coordinator, you'll capitalize on posts and direct message sales. Furthermore, you'll develop sales collateral and promotions tailored to various client segments. 

Utilizing Shopify analytics, you'll closely monitor trends and optimize ad campaigns to maximize results. By analyzing website traffic and customer behavior, you'll provide valuable insights and recommend effective marketing strategies. Continuously refining campaigns to improve click-through rates and ROI will be a key focus.

We're seeking candidates with 3 years of E-commerce experience, preferably in apparel and accessories, along with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Basic proficiency in photo and video editing is required, and you should be comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
