Wineracks.com operates in the niche market of Wine and Spirits storage/displays & accessories since 1994. We design, manufacture, and distribute display & storage, and accessory products for residential, commercial, retail and hospitality industries.

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce assistant to help grow and manage the day-to-day website activities of WineRacks.com, As website assistant, you will create processes and implement strategies that make online transactions possible while progressively increasing website sales. This position has three main areas of responsibilities: 1. Managing the day-to-day sales and product management ((adding/removing/updating products), 2. coming up with strategy for e-mail campaigns and design/content, and 3. project management for the maintenance of the site.

Duties and Responsibilities

*Include but not limited to the below*

• Actively maintains and updates Wineracks.com website, as necessary. This includes adding and removing products, product information, content-related news, videos, events, recruitment, press, etc. as needed.
• Strategize, develop and execute monthly email concepts and ideas in conjunction with marketing calendar.
• Strategize with digital team and manage digital ads to grow online business including Google AdWords, Google Shopping, retargeting ads, etc. as well as optimizing the site for SEO ongoing.
• Manage administrative tools for different areas on the website such as content, integrating web links into copy, managing database content, event calendar, etc.
• Ability to work closely with web developer on optimization and all web-related updates and tasks.
• Creates sales reports on a weekly basis.
• Analyze sales data to pivot strategies based off sales trends & respond to consumer needs based on the data.
• Create strategic promotions that brings customers to the site while keeping in mind profitability.
• Communicate with customer service, shipping, and finance to make sure web orders shipped out on time.
• Ensure timely launching of product copy, banners, images, and all new product promotions.
• Run monthly and quarterly & ongoing web analytics programs for wineracks.com
• Coordinate with social Media on cross promotions and brand awareness opportunities.
• Consistently improve our seller ratings while driving positive product reviews.
• 3-5 years’ experience
• Site Merchandising experience required.
• Experience with Shopify required.
• Experience with in-house and 3rd party web development teams.
• Strong analytical skills including experience with Google Analytics and ESP/CRM software.
• Proficient in HTML, Adobe Photoshop
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to work on administrative tasks and "no task is too small" attitude
• Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning
• Excellent sense of urgency, personal time management and impeccable organization skills
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for editing including grammar and punctuation's.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative. Have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $49,500.00 per year
