SUMMARY

The County Market E-Commerce Clerk/Driver is responsible for the picking, processing and/or delivery of merchandise to customers in a timely, safe and friendly manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Fills and/or delivers orders and conduct customer hand-offs
• Delivers orders to customers in a timely manner
• Insurable by the NFI automobile insurance company
• Maintains a valid driver’s license  
• Drives in a safe manner
• Obeys all driving laws
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
• Work within company programs, policies and procedures
• Follows safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• Other duties assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• No prior experience or training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. 
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and associates. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

• Valid driver’s license
