We’re hiring for a full-time Economic Support Specialist. Successful candidates will have an Associate degree in bookkeeping, accounting, financial management, or related field; or a minimum of two years related experience. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and driver liability insurance is required. Computer proficiency is helpful and desired. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus. Candidates with an equivalent combination of training and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired may also be considered.
Economic Support Specialists screen, interview, verify, and process the eligibility of applicants for income maintenance programs. This role also maintains an ongoing client caseload under strict program guidelines.
Current starting salary for this position is $20.55/hr. This position offers a hybrid schedule to include a combination of telework and in-office hours.
