OVERVIEW
The Employee Relations Coordinator provides administrative support to Suns Team Relations teams, and plays an important role in ensuring team members receive excellent customer service.
JOB DUTIES

Completes biweekly timecard audits and documents in employee relations database. Provides results to TRS in order for them to share feedback with managers and address issues as necessary.

Participates in Team Member investigations by attending and transcribing investigation notes for TRS.

Manages temporary worker requests as received by TRS; this includes making a request to the temporary agency, tracking all temps by adding them in Sharepoint database, creating a new hire and terminations EARs accordingly.

Coordinates and prepares responses to unemployment claims.

Offboards seasonal team members in a timely fashion; this includes opening cases in the employee relations database, sending exit interviews, and creating termination letters as requested.

Posts open positions that result from terminations and resignations.

Conducts exit interviews for terminated team members.

Tracks completion of all timecard audits.

Codes invoices for temporary team members.

Researches and locates additional staffing agencies and sets up new contracts/agreements for review

Attends biweekly TRS meetings, takes minutes, and uploads to private TRS group in Connect.

Helps create and upload job related materials to private TRS group in Connect.

Assists with the input of various notes and documentation into employee relations tracking database.

Assists with the creation of various documents and reports.

Provides email, telephone, and in-person support to team member requests; provides first-level support for Zendesk tickets.

Organizes and distributes exit interview results to the TRS team each month, and requests gift card for monthly exit interview feedback winner.

Completes acquisition related administrative work upon request.

Assists with J1 onboarding and tracking. Updates and sends team member and manager survey at the end of the season, and provides results to Resort TRS.

Other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Required)

2 years Administrative support experience

1 year Human Resources experience

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once

Strong organizational skills

Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality

Basic knowledge of HR functional areas

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly driven and goal-oriented with proven ability to meet established goals

Advanced computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, email, the internet, and ability to provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner
