JOB PURPOSE: The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for the development and administration of the employee relations program and employee advocacy. This position interfaces with employees and outside agencies. In this role, the successful team member will be primarily responsible for investigating employee complaints, determining appropriate discipline and issuing the same, and managing and processing all types of separations on behalf of the Company. Additionally, this role will be responsible for taking a leadership role in employee events and years of service ceremonies.
