  • About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Employee Relations Business Advisor as part of the Employee Relations Global Specialty Team. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com.

    In this role, you will:
    • Provide a fully integrated employee relations experience in support of business leaders and their Human Resources Business Partners through a deep knowledge of the businesses and strong trusted relationships
    • Review and analyze extremely complex Employee Relations problems of a diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth review of enterprise policy and procedures, labor law legislation, and other intangible variance factors
    • Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and practices and recommend or take appropriate actions to correct problems, including assisting and or advising management in the formal discipline or termination of individuals
    • Use data to share Global ER trends and line of business analysis to help inform human capital strategies and initiatives
    • Provide business acumen training to Global ER consulting teams and serve as the line of business subject matter expert for peers.
    • Provide direction to other Employee Relations Consultants and or human resource professionals as appropriate
    • Lead Employee Relations projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
    Required Qualifications, US:
    • 5 years of Employee Relations consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, military experience, and/or education
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex employee relations problems
    • Experience consulting on multiple employee relations issues that vary in scope and complexity
    • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with senior or executive leadership
    • Strong conflict resolution skills
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
    • Ability to research, trend, and analyze data
    • Experience gathering data from ServiceNow or Workday
    • Knowledge and understanding of human resources analytics and reporting
    • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
    Job Expectations:
    • This is a hybrid work arrangement. This position must work in-office three days a week and sit in one of the following locations: Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; San Antonio, TX; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Concord, CA; Salt Lake City, UT; Philadelphia, PA; and Phoenix, AZ.
