- Air monitoring/bulk sampling for asbestos and lead based paint
- Collect samples for mold analysis during pre-remediation mold assessments. Prepare mold assessment reports.
- Independently set-up and operate air sampling equipment on site and collect appropriate number of samples for exposure monitoring
- Submit results for laboratory testing and prepare summary of findings report
- Supply, operate, or maintain personal protective equipment.
- Prepare or calibrate equipment used to collect or analyze samples.
Requirements:- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must pass a respirator fit test, pass a pulmonary function test and an asbestos physical
- All hires must pass a drug screen (UA and hair follicle) and background check
- Must possess Driver's License
- Must be familiar with MS Office
- TWIC (Preferred)
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Willingness to travel (up to 25% preferred)
