Patriot Environmental Services is seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our growing Business Development team. This position serves as the primary administrative point of contact for the business development team and to our President. The ideal candidate must possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The right person will also help guide projects as directed by the President which may include customer correspondence, onboarding initiatives, marketing, and vendor relationships. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively and contribute to the success of business development growth objectives. This position reports to the President with the ability to work remotely. Some travel may be required.
