Being a Top Environmental Executive identifies environmental issues that may affect the organization or its employees and develops plans for corrective actions. May represent the organization at various government and industry-wide meetings. Additionally, Top Environmental Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a top management. The Top Environmental Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Environmental Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Requirements and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in construction/remodeling a plus
- Ability to learn quickly & take on additional tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Demonstrate the ability to manage time well and to multitask
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in confined spaces and heights
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions
