What You Need:

• At least 5 years of EHS experience

• Manufacturing experience required, pharmaceutical preferred

• Experience with Environmental Reporting, Safety Training, and Hazardous Waste Management

• Worker’s Compensation Experience highly preferred

What Your Role Will Look Like:

• Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of environmental, health, and safety program of the organization

• Conduct all new hire EHS training

• Manage Hazardous Communication Program

• Manage OSHA 1910.1450 – Chemical Hygiene plan for 3 labs within facility

• Responsible for OSHA compliance

• Lead continuous training for environmental compliance, LOTO, RCRA, confined space, and lab safety

• Hazardous, Non-Hazardous, and E-Waste Management

• Responsible for overseeing incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Ensures legal compliance; reviews legal changes with respect to plant specifications and adapts accordingly.
