The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager will be responsible for a broad range of technical work across EHS disciplines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, with an emphasis placed on reducing risk.
The EHS will be responsible to develop and lead the implementation of both ISO 14001 and 18001 including building the team of professionals to help develop and manage the programs long term.
The EHS will also manage any agency required data collection and reporting, risk assessment, incident analysis, training and overall program management for all MasterMold facilities. You will need to perform work both individually and in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
A bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene or related major and/or five or more years in an Environmental Health & Safety Engineer, Specialist or Manager role in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred. You will based in Johnson Creek, WI, and also support the Mauston WI facility.

Leads site Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) program(s) serving an essential role in leading, partnering and supporting business driven technical, cultural, and strategic initiatives in alignment with MasterMolds corporate policies and goals.
The EHS also provide coaching and oversight to team members to fulfill their day-to-day responsibilities and manage their overall development by arranging training and development programs.
