The Senior Director – Environmental, Health & Safety/Lab Operations is responsible for developing and managing Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) programs to meet the company’s strategic and tactical needs in coordination with members of the Asset Services and Facilities teams. This individual will partner with multiple asset services managers and building engineers to ensure that Alexandria’s multi-tenant buildings are operated in a safe and compliant manner. Further, this individual will interface with Alexandria tenants to align tenant EH&S programs with those of Alexandria and in accordance with lease requirements. In addition to these primary responsibilities, this individual will work closely with the Leasing and Real Estate Development teams as needed.
