The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager oversees the implementation and maintenance of company EHS programs and systems. Develops, maintains, and implements EHS policies and programs to include: Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), Accident Reporting and Investigation, Workers' Compensation Claim Management, Emergency Action/Response Plan, Fire Prevention, Powered Industrial Trucks, Hazardous Communication, Hearing Conservation, Lockout/Tagout, Machine Safety and Equipment Usage, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Safety Committee meetings, Safety Training, Recordkeeping and Posting. The EHS Manager establishes and promotes a healthy and safe work environment with an emphasis on accountability around safety policies and decisions. This position also aids in the development and implementation of divisional and corporate safety strategies across multiple locations.
Estimated starting hourly base rate is $123,163.57 - $184,745.35 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary, variable annual incentive, based on company performance factors.
