Job Title: Exploration Driller

Type: Full-time

Job Position Description:

Responsible for safely operating exploratory drills to bore into the earth and extract samples and/or drill through rock. This person will work alongside another driller as means of support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily equipment maintenance and operation
• Execute drill patterns and borings
  
• Sample preservation
• Maintain database of drill logs
• Work safely with adherence to Wendling Quarries safety policy

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Understanding of basic mechanics and working knowledge of large equipment
• Ability to work independently

Hours & Compensation:

• Monday – Friday
• Approximately 40-50 hours/week
• Some travel may be required
