Plans and allocates the capital, equipment, and operating budget to support current operations and long-term facility plans. Being a Top Facilities Management Executive ensures the reliability of all building mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management systems. Reviews and negotiates contract terms and conditions for contractors selected for facility projects and the delivery of services. Additionally, Top Facilities Management Executive establishes building operations policies, procedures, and service standards to comply with all local laws and regulations. May be responsible for additional facility-related functions like food services, security, safety, environmental, or administrative services. Requires a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities:
- Work to help lead the crew on the tower on new projects to install telecommunications antennas and cables.
- Assist with the maintenance of crew trailer and company vehicle in organized and properly stocked fashion.
- Assist traing new team members as needed.
Work is Public Safety Telecommunications. No carrier work.
Skills:
- Experience with Rigging
- Competent with Fall & Rescue
- Experience with microwave equipment installation to include path alignments
- Good team leader and great communication skills
- Proficient with Anritsu sweep gear
- Proficient with completing close out documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers in the field.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
