POSITION SUMMARY:
DemKota Ranch Beef is looking for Skilled Facilities Summer help with the possibility of working into a full-time position. Must have valid driver’s license. Be able to work in different conditions outside as well as inside the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mows, trims, edges, fertilizes, weeds, prunes, mulches, fertilizes, and sprays trees, plants, and shrubbery; prepares soil for planting; seeds and re-sods lawn areas; plants trees, seedlings, and shrubs.
Inspects assigned areas; corrects or reports safety hazards; cleans and maintains buildings and grounds.
Possible light carpentry and plumbing as well as other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma/GED; AND one (1) years of general maintenance experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
