Job Description

The Fin Solutions Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to provide execution support for Liquidity Transformation Initiatives. This role will be directly working on Consent Order RBCMs and related activities. Accordingly, the incumbents responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

• Creating and maintaining action plans and applicable documentation for I&R FR2052a remediation & transformation activities
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure timely execution and submission of the deliverables / milestones
• Providing end-to-end support to address BFQCs (Business Functional Quality Check), TLQCs Transformation Lead Quality Check) and Internal Audits requests in a timely manner
• Providing other support related to I&R FR2052a Book of Work such as BAU reporting activities

Other responsibilities:

• Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of consent order milestones
• Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
• Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications
• Strategic professional who advises on directional strategy by analyzing subject matter and its application in own job and the business.
• Acts as an advisor on significant business/product decisions
• Implements policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry and/or relevant consulting experience preferred
• Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function.
• Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
• Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred.

Education:

• Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
