Seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Executive Travel Planner Coordinator to support the Combat Applications Group (CAG). ### Key Responsibilities:
- **Special Operations Support:** Tailor travel planning and coordination to meet the specific needs of special operations, ensuring operational security and rapid adaptability to changing mission requirements.
- **Advanced Planning and Coordination:** Develop detailed travel itineraries, including contingency planning, secure transportation, and accommodation arrangements in various global environments, often within austere or non-permissive areas.
- **Operational Security:** Maintain the highest levels of operations security (OPSEC) in all planning and execution phases, including secure communication channels and the protection of sensitive mission-related information.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with military units, government agencies, and international partners to coordinate complex travel logistics, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

### Qualifications:
- **Education and Experience:** Advanced degree or equivalent professional military experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in supporting military operations, preferably within special operations or a similar high-tempo, secure environment.
- **Skills:** Exceptional problem-solving skills and flexibility, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in secure communication methods. Knowledge of military logistics systems and travel-related regulations. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, or English and French.
