We seek an experienced and driven Financial & Planning Principal to join our team. This role partners with a highly matrixed team, across business units, Engineering, IT to develop a framework and drive investment portfolio and manage the full portfolio of Capital expenditure.
Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a framework to define and optimize the product portfolio.
• Partnering broadly to identify dependencies and prioritizations and drive focus on the highest priorities.
• Establishing benchmarks to assess the performance of product/project investment and recommend actions.
• Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, depreciation, and maintain finances.

Strong analytical skills, effective partnership skills, and the ability to influence and drive change are key capabilities to be successful in this role.

• BA or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related fields with finance experience in a relevant industry (Software or Technology)
• Excellent communication skills to partner with and influence senior leaders.
• Able to build strong cross-functional partnerships across business units.
• Experience performing financial analysis and preparing presentation materials.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong partnership and proven ability to work effectively with others to solve problems.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $134,000 - $202,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
