Office position will be handling a LOT of paperwork - financial statements, legal documents, insurance cards, funeral plans, titles, deeds, tax documents, etc. Gathering the information from clients and their families, copying, scanning, organizing, filing, and submitting documentation to state agencies. Phone calls to banks, financial institutions, pension providers, insurance companies, etc. to get needed documentation clients often cannot locate on their own.

Must be proficient on using Office 365 - Word and Excel. Also, must be proficient with at least the basics of using Adobe and pdf files.

Must have excellent professional customer service skills. Clients and their families are often facing one of the most challenging emotional and mental times in their lives having a loved one in a nursing home. Office assistants need to have an understanding and be compassionate towards the families we work with.
