This includes reporting to Executive team, Creditors, Board of Directors, and multiple other users as needed.Supervisory ResponsibilityDirectly supervise Corporate Accounting Manager responsible for all treasury functions. Dotted line management over various financial reporting functions. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. - Responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and special projects
- Prepares financial statements and footnotes for auditors and other interested parties
- Provides timely and accurate analysis of financial reports and trends
- Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforces policies and procedures by way of systems and processes that will improve overall reporting, efficiency and effectiveness
- Assists in efforts to upgrade and improve the software system finance module as needed;
- Assists in developing and implementing procedures to manage cash flow
- Utilizes computer and software programs to complete accounting and finance functions including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Excel, Plex ERP, etc.
- Performs other duties as needed to support the Finance department
