Applications are requested for a full time Director of Financial Reporting. Responsibilities include: GAAP adherence and financial statement analysis. Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the financial and treasury concepts of the company. Manage and summarize financial activity in the preparation of financial statements. Oversee annual budget preparation. Work with the independent auditors. Oversee and maintain internal controls to assure proper safeguard of company assets.
The successful candidate will have eight years of supervisory accounting experience. Hold a current CPA license. Exude strong analytical, critical thinking, and verbal, writing and interpersonal skills. Expert knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word a must.
