Ensures that all filings, reports, and other official documentation complies with company's regulations and SEC and GAAP reporting guidelines. The Financial Reporting Manager will report to the Chief Accounting Officer and work closely with the CFO who is eager to provide mentorship and guidance to this individual.
Primary Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Manager:
- Monthly/quarterly/annual accounting and financial reporting
- Year-end audit support
- P&L and cash flow forecasts
- Acquisition integration and M&A reporting
- Ad hoc projects and additional duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
- CPA Certification preferred, but not required
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed (>20%)
- Excellent communication, strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
