Brief Description of the Position

The Executive Assistant provides high-level support to executives, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of their day-to-day activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at managing priorities effectively. Responsibilities include organizing executive calendars, meetings, and data, managing communication channels between executives and departments, proactively following up on urgent matters, attending meetings on behalf of the executive to compile comprehensive notes and action items, preparing and presenting data and analytics, and scheduling review sessions with internal or external groups.

The Requirements of a Great Candidate

What we’re looking for in a candidate:

• Must have a High School diploma or GED (Preferred: Associates degree or Bachelor's degree).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using various software programs including Microsoft Office Suites.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures; filing, word processing, purchasing, invoicing, and scheduling.
• Experience screening phone calls, emails, mail and visitors.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.

This position offers the following:

• An hourly rate of $21-$25 per hour, based on experience (which we will determine during the interview process).
• Summary of benefits are as follows.
• At 30 days - begin participating in 401(k), with auto-enrollment upon hire and start accumulating after 30 days.
• At 30 days - Medical / Dental begins 1st of the month after the first 30 days.
• At 6 months after hire:
• Vacation - can start being used after 6 months (3 days) - accumulates more after that
• Sick leave - can start being used after 6 months - accumulates from 1st day of hire
• Holidays - can start being used after 6 months - 9 plus 1 floating holiday
