This position combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to manage, optimize, and secure various IT systems and networks. The primary responsibilities revolve around the configuration, installation, maintenance, and support of hardware, software, and network components.
Responsibilities of the Systems Administrator:
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networking components of the IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement security measures to protect IT assets and manage user access controls.
• Conduct backups and maintain disaster recovery plans for data integrity and business continuity.
• Provide technical support to end-users and collaborate with teams to address IT needs.
• Manage SCCM infrastructure for software deployment and patch management, as well as Azure resources for efficient cloud management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills of the Systems Administrator:
• 3 years of IT experience.
• Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and maintaining SCCM infrastructure.
• Understanding of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services and solutions, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and Azure Active Directory.
