As a CSA Systems Engineering Manager (SEM) Specific to Consulting Solution Architects, you will be leading a team of Architects across the Global -East Team to provide specific technical Pre-Sales work in partnership with global WWT Client Directors and Managers for our Fortune 500 customers across multiple verticals. No two days will be the same as our broad offerings and team members include deep skills in Artificial Intelligence, Automation Infrastructure Modernization, MultiCloud Architecture, Security Transformation and Digital Strategy among others. With our Advanced Technology Center () will be part of you and your teams toolkit for briefings, training, workshops, demos and POC's you'll be delivering best in class results for your customers.

What will you be doing?

The Systems Engineering Manager (CSASEM) role will manage a team of specialized Solutions Architects that cover the world, and in this position primarily the domestic US and Canada. Day to day responsibilities will include leading and participation in team development, hiring, solutioning assistance, customer sales meetings, presentations, white board sessions and custom technical design work. The CSA SEM's team will partner with WWT Client Managers in the market to bring specific technical knowledge to assist in building out custom solutions and projects for our customers. Technical expertise expansion is highly encouraged as you look to learn about new areas of interest and be on the forefront of cutting-edge technologies. This position will require the ability to travel up to 50%.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the technical strategy, goals and plans for your team's success and contribute to the organization's overall strategy, plans, and technology direction.

• Collaborate with Sales, Services and Consulting Systems Engineers to define strategic technical plans and align/partner with the right key OEMs to solve customer problems.
• Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term gains by having a deep understanding of customer needs and technical choices.
• Help team solve conflicting priorities and make timely, effective decisions.
• Demonstrate strong management, coaching, and recruiting skills and drive results within the team.
• Oversee the presales process and help drive effective communication between sales, Professional Services and Global SME Teams.
• Recruit, hire and effectively manage and grow a diverse and talented set of employees.
• Provide technical direction, coaching and mentoring to employees on the team, and others, when necessary to achieve successful short- and long-term outcomes.
• Develop strong relationships with strategic OEM partner and customers.
• Actively engage, build, and help execute business plans/strategy to grow our business in markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Qualified candidates should have 10 years of experience delivering large scale IT solutions as a practitioner, preferably in Financial services and with Product ownership and Agile experience as well as Operations, Architecture and Engineering.
• 2 to 5 years of previous leadership/management experience required
• 50% travel may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, thought leadership, mentorship, and the ability to translate complex IT architectures into easily understood and consumable solutions are required.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
