Lead project-oriented work efforts of problem identification and resolution, performance, productivity improvement and quality enhancements and delivery.
Coordinates system(s) or program implementation, develop and test any training as a result of conclusions reached in project-related activities or policy change.
Gather data, create and maintain databases in order to compile and prepare reports, graphs, and charts to help establish procedures and quality control standards.
Coordinate review of and updates to procedures to meet business unit changes, to insure compliance with policies and government regulations.
Provide input to support planning and prioritization of business systems related activities
Develop and maintain a professional relationship with vendor(s) supporting assigned system(s)

College degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of technical problems and solutions in relation to the of assigned line of business
