    Facilitate effective communication between the company's management and key stakeholder groups:
    • Consult, develop content and manage design process for executive and rating agency communications, including board presentations, CEO evaluation, annual company meeting, and external reports.
    • Integrate financial, strategy, marketing and compliance information for most effective two-way communication with key stakeholders.
    • Develop CEO speeches and presentations.
    • Partner to create risk management and ORSA communication plan. Consult, develop content and manage design process for communication tactics.
    • Collaborate across Corporate Communications team to support internal and external communication development.

      Qualifications:


    • Knowledge of basic design principles
    • Outstanding organizational and planning skills
    • Ability to work in a deadline-driven writing environment of multiple projects and quick turn-around requirements
    • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects
    • Ability to understand internal and external audiences and communication channels

      Requirements:


    • 4-year degree in corporate communications marketing, public relations or related field
    • 5-8 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, financial communications preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and concise messages for different audiences, including shareholders, analysts, and investors
    • Ability to translate complex financial and investment information into easily understandable language
    • Exceptional skills managing internal clients
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
    • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

      Physical Job Requirements


    • Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day
    • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
    • Ability to utilize telephone or telecommunications app/platform for up to 6 hours per day
