    • Keeping operation within the monthly budget
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations
    • Organize, store and print company documents as needed
    • Handle queries from managers and employees
    • Ensuring that all possible efforts are being made to assist and facilitate billing and collection of monthly rents

    Skills

    • Proven experience as an Administrator, Sales Director, or related role; healthcare industry preferred
    • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
    • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
    • Trustworthy
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
    • Experience in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pass a drug screen, and abide by our Drug-Free
    Workplace policy

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $125,000 per year
