```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for coffee will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers. ```Duties``` - Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, espresso, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods - Provide prompt and friendly customer service, addressing any questions or concerns - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed - Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and transactions - Familiarity with operating a cash register or POS system - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Basic food handling knowledge is desirable If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.
