Top Foundation Executive develops and leads the vision, strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, and grantmaking operations that support the overall objectives of a foundation. Sets the overall goals for fundraising campaigns and program initiatives. Being a Top Foundation Executive represents the foundation to the public and media to communicate its mission, values, and accomplishments. Maintains positive relationships with foundation stakeholders, including the board of directors, grantees, community leaders, donors, and prospective donors. Additionally, Top Foundation Executive oversees the budget, distribution of foundation funds, and investment strategies to ensure the financial sustainability required to fulfill the foundation's mission. Ensures all foundation activities comply with applicable laws, reporting requirements, and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to board of directors or trustees.     • Client Consultation: Collaborate with sites to assess their current technological infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and understand their business objectives related to connected industries.
    • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategies and roadmaps for digital transformation, leveraging IoT, cloud computing, data analytics, and other cutting-edge technologies to optimize industrial processes and operations.
    • Solution Design: Design customized infrastructure solutions tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each site, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems while maximizing efficiency, reliability, and security.
    • Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of connected industries infrastructure solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments within agreed timelines and budgets.
    • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing complex technical issues, mitigating risks, and optimizing performance to deliver exceptional results.
    • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to facilitate the adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes, offering ongoing support to address any concerns or challenges.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in connected industries, incorporating new insights and innovations into our service offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with sites, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, and identifying opportunities for additional engagements and business growth.

    Essential Experience and Skills
     
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (10 Years) working as an IT Specialist or in a similar role within the IT industry, with a focus on connected industries, IoT, industrial automation, or related fields.
    • In-depth knowledge of industrial processes, manufacturing systems, and supply chain operations, combined with expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
    • Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using IoT platforms, cloud services, edge computing, and data analytics tools.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build rapport with clients at all levels.
    • Analytical mindset, with a problem-solving orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, Agile, Six Sigma) is a plus.

    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to details.
