CONTRACT PERIOD: 226 Days – 12 months
SALARY: SALARY RANGE: $50,271 - $51,737
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Richardson ISD Foundation (“Foundation”) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the operations and initiatives of the Foundation by overseeing various administrative, donor relations, marketing, fund development, and program management tasks. This position involves working closely with the Executive Director, Foundation Board of Directors and Committees, program recipients, and other key stakeholders to help ensure the effective execution of Foundation programs and activities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and demonstrates creativity, keen organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are a must.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred or requisite experience necessary.
· Experience with a 501(c)3 organization, education foundations preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Google Workspace products, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
· Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with board of directors and donor management tools. Familiarity with Onboard meetings, OneCause, and Bloomerang/Kindful is a plus.
· Experience with confidential and sensitive material, maintaining the integrity of the information at all times.
· Comfortable and confident in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking is required.
· Ability to remain flexible, prioritize, self-motivate, manage time, and meet multiple deadlines.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Expert communication skills, including written, phone, in-person, and by email.
· Flexibility to attend scheduled events and activities before and after work hours and on the weekends.
