Under the guidelines established by the Board of Directors the Executive Director (ED) provides leadership, direction, and guidance for all aspects of the health center and related healthcare services. Works closely with the Board of Directors to formulate strategic goals, policies and objectives. Monitors all operational aspects of the organization to ensure that quality and economical healthcare is provided to the community based upon its needs. Responsible for establishing lines of communications to all organization entities. Takes special interest and works closely with State and Federal agencies to assure organizational compliance in all aspects. Works closely with the management team regarding cost-effective operations, ensuring continued level of quality services while maximizing productivity and proper utilization of resources and program development.
