-Installing Dehumidifiers

-Installing crawl space encapsulation systems

-Digging interior/exterior French drains

-Installing sump pumps

-Installing crawl space moisture barriers

-General crawl space clean up

-basement drainage systems

-Structural Repair

-Digging out basements

-Installing Helical Piers

-Leveling floors

This position does NOT require prior foundation experience although construction experience is a plus. Candidate(s) will be required to work in confined places such as crawl spaces. Candidate(s) should have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and able to follow directions and work unsupervised at times.

This will be full-time work paid weekly, (40 hrs./week). Paid time off (PTO), 401K match, weekly bonuses, etc. This work is dirty and hard. Those who cannot show up on time and be dependable should not waste our time or yours. Candidates(s) will be required to wear PPE and respirators at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
