Position: Executive Assistant - Full-time Days: St. Luke's Foundation

St. Luke’s Hospital has a new opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant for The Foundation for St. Luke's Hospital! Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include but not limited to:
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, handle details with accuracy, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to establish and maintain effective communications in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
• Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams and willingness to learn donor
Minimum Requirements:
• Associate degree or higher required.
• Minimum of three years progressively responsible administrative or project management experience required.
• Nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Experience in program development, project management, event planning and fundraising preferred.
Essential Functions include but not limited to:
• Maintain executive director’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
• Oversee donor database management for quality assurance – input deposits, run and utilize reports, and maintain accurate daily accounting of donations.
• Create donor profiles - maintain accurate records of contacts in database and hard-copy files.
• Serve as a liaison between hospital departments, donors, prospective donors, board members, grant organizations and the community.
• Coordinate internal and external correspondence with board members, donors, grant organizations, and staff.
• Prepare and accurately submit expenses for payment
• Order office supplies and monitor inventory.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of fundraising campaigns, general marketing materials, and events.
• Coordinate multiple monthly Foundation meetings. Prepares and distributes agendas and minutes.
• Represent the Foundation in a highly professional and customer focused manner.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of sensitive records and proprietary information, including correspondence regarding donors, board members, hospital affairs, foundation affairs, and patient information as required by the HIPAA Privacy Laws.
• Maintain front office area, keeping it clean, literature current and free from clutter.
• Perform other appropriate duties as requested by Executive Director.Additional Information
