Top Foundation Executive develops and leads the vision, strategic planning, financial management, fundraising, and grantmaking operations that support the overall objectives of a foundation. Sets the overall goals for fundraising campaigns and program initiatives. Being a Top Foundation Executive represents the foundation to the public and media to communicate its mission, values, and accomplishments. Maintains positive relationships with foundation stakeholders, including the board of directors, grantees, community leaders, donors, and prospective donors. Additionally, Top Foundation Executive oversees the budget, distribution of foundation funds, and investment strategies to ensure the financial sustainability required to fulfill the foundation's mission. Ensures all foundation activities comply with applicable laws, reporting requirements, and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to board of directors or trustees. The Top Foundation Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Foundation Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience.   • Vermont Foundation of Recovery (VFOR) is looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our mission to create a network of Recovery Homes to help people suffering from substance use disorder(s), re-assimilate into society by supporting the transitions from active use, to recovery, to independent living. We are a Vermont-based 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization operated by people in recovery from alcohol and other Substance Use Disorders. Come join our dynamic team and work directly with people in early recovery. We are looking for full and part time House Coordinators at several homes throughout the state. Starting pay is $17-$20 per hour. Benefits include Health insurance, holidays, paid time off, and a flexible schedule.

    Title: House Coordinator (Part-time)
    Reports to: Regional Manager
    Job purpose: To provide coordination and support for VFOR house members living in one or
    more of our Recovery Homes.
    Key responsibilities:
    1. Coordinate, attend, and facilitate weekly house meeting(s).
    2. Foster and maintain a living environment that is substance-free and provides a healthy,
    non-discriminating, supportive, family-like atmosphere that values diversity.
    3. Honor multiple paths to recovery.
    4. Provide support and guidance to Members in their recovery, career building, and life
    goals.
    5. Foster and maintain a working relationship with the landlord(s).
    6. Respond to house/apt property and member needs, including off-hours emergencies.
    7. Perform all duties involved in welcoming and parting with members.
    8. Maintain an alcohol and substance-free environment.
    9. Hold members accountable to VFOR policies and expectations including administering
    UAs.
    10. Collect and deposit weekly membership dues as well as keep financial records.
    11. Document information electronically using various computer systems.
    12. Acquire, support and maintain a volunteer house mentor(s).
    13. Be a member of the Operations Team if needed- including attending the weekly meeting.
    14. Build relationships with the local community.
    15. Regularly communicate and report pertinent information regarding houses overseen to
    the Regional Manager or Operations Director following agreed-upon protocols.
    16. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
