Position Overview:

As a Funding Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their business capital needs and ensuring a seamless financing process from start to finish. You will provide expert guidance to customers, recommending the best financing products that align with their financial goals and business needs. Exceptional communication skills, customer first attitude, and attention to detail are paramount in this role as you are responsible for achieving monthly sales volume targets across various workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Recommend appropriate financing products based on customer needs.
• Maintain detailed notes and manage open files daily.
• Achieve minimum sales production and units as outlined.
• Stay within allowable discount % thresholds.
• Participate in ongoing sales education programs.

Customer Service:

• Exceed customer expectations and deliver the BriteCap experience.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and fax.
• Answer telephones according to established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM, Hubspot system.

Close % and Average Sale:

• Track and understand close % and average sale metrics on all workflows and pipelines.
• Strive for continuous improvement in both metrics.
• Consistently meet your monthly goals.

Value Promotion:

• Understand and promote the BriteCap corporate culture.
• Exemplify company values.
• Enforce accountability for adherence to company values.

FC Behavior:

• Master detailed understanding of BriteCap and third-party partner financing products and represent accurately to customers.
• Lead by example and uphold high standards of conduct.
• Act as the second voice in deals and offer solution-oriented approaches.

Other:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in sales is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Knowledge of lending and financial products (preferred)
