Position Overview:
As a Loan Sales Representative at Apprvd, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide small businesses with the funding they need to thrive and expand. Your responsibilities will include receiving inbound and outbound leads, introducing our services, building rapport with potential clients, qualifying them according to our established matrix, collecting necessary due diligence documents, and facilitating the submission of applications to our underwriting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and manage both inbound and outbound leads effectively.
Introduce Apprvd's loan and funding solutions to potential clients.
Build strong rapport and trust with leads through effective communication. Qualify leads based on our established matrix to ensure they meet our criteria. Collect and organize due diligence documentation from leads.
Submit complete applications to our underwriting team for review.
Required Qualifications:
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes. Minimum of 1 year of experience in phone sales.
