- Ordering Credit Report for soft pulls
- Pulling OFAC
- Registering /Transferring MERS
- Maintaining funding pipeline and reports
- Closing out Loans
- Assisting Closing Specialists
Qualifications:
- Required 1 year mortgage background
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites 2010 Word, Excel & Access
- Word processing and creating spreadsheets
- 40 WPM
- Strong proofing skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
