Top Fundraising Executive develops and directs an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Top Fundraising Executive researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Top Fundraising Executive uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Fundraising Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. A nonprofit, nongovernmental organization, Undefeatable Foundation changes the lives of American youth by helping them travel and learn a language. We help give students a valuable skill---another language. This is much needed in the 21st century and will make each student a valued global citizen.
Important considerations before applying:
We are currently building the nonprofit from the ground up and don’t have any revenue yet to pay for this position. If you apply you should be fine with working for 2-3 months between 10-20 hours a week with no salary. No salary now does not mean we won’t ever pay it. Your contributions will be documented and paid in retrospect once we make solid revenues and receive the grants we apply for.
