Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Top Fundraising Executive researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Top Fundraising Executive uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Fundraising Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Job Summary:
Reporting to the AVP of Multicultural Fundraising, the Account Executive, Multicultural Fundraising, coordinates and executes multichannel Hispanic fundraising strategies. This includes flawless execution, cultural alignment, and cross-channel integration. The AE develops strong working relationships across channel departments to facilitate effective strategies and supports integrated planning, meetings, and reporting. Please note: this is a six month time-certain position.
