Top Fundraising Executive develops and directs an organization's fundraising strategies, campaigns, capital development initiatives, and operations to support the overall organizational development and revenue objectives. Leads donor stewardship and relations to identify, develop, retain, and nurture a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. Being a Top Fundraising Executive researches and identifies potential corporate or governmental partnerships and grant funding opportunities. Creates collaborative coordination between staff and internal stakeholders to plan events and communications to increase donor engagement. Additionally, Top Fundraising Executive uses technology to manage and monitor donor information and produce data-driven measurement and reporting of the progress of fundraising goals. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Fundraising Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. We are looking for a cleaning professional to join our team! This position would be a great fit for an experienced cleaner who has a valid driver's license and is qualified to drive the company vehicle to commute to various worksites for each shift.
This is a part-time floater/on-call position that has potential to turn into a full-time position. This position will require the employee to work days, evenings, and/or nights Monday through Friday with start times which will vary each day depending on the shift schedule for that day. This position currently averages around 20-30 hours per week and will not work weekends.
Job duties will include general building cleaning such as emptying trash and recycling cans, dusting and disinfecting surfaces, cleaning kitchens and restrooms, and vacuuming/sweeping/mopping floors. Job specific training will be provided.
A qualified candidate would need to be physically able to work on their feet for the entire shift, squat and/or bend often and use their hands frequently.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, however we will respect a qualified candidate’s wish to provide a 2 weeks notice to their current employer.
A background check and live scan will be required for this position.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
